Can it be a small Poblano?
Before it turned red it was light green. Poblano is whery dark green. I don't think it is poblano.
I believe I have the same sort, bought as hot apple (from jalapeno.nu) but as you say light (lime) green at first and when ripen bright red. Nice as a sallad chili and plenty of fruit.
I think so too very nice flavour.
